What’s happening at Together Women this International Women’s Day?

At our Bradford centre we are holding an International Women’s Day event open to all women. This event is aimed at showcasing the support services available to women in the Bradford area. We will be joined by services who will share their work with us and there will be cakes and treats for those who attend!

In Hull…
To celebrate International Women’s Day we are holding a self care session exclusively for our Together Women customers. This will be hosted by Lush at our Hull centre!
Our session will include making our own bath bombs and more!

In Leeds…
To celebrate International Women’s Day we are holding a day of celebration, recognition, and achievement. Our awards day is all about showing appreciation to the exceptional work of our customers and staff alike.
As well as awards, there will be storytelling, poetry reading and a women’s day quiz. We want to encourage women to share their stories. Whether this is in the form of poetry, art, speech or told anonymously through your caseworker, we want to hear from you!

Our Wellbeing Café is hosting an International Women’s Day event just before the day itself, on 6th March! There will be a mix of arts and crafts, pampering activities, food as well as gifts. Come and join us!
