Happy Pride Month!
June is devoted to celebrating different identities, sexualities and communities. Celebrating the work of LGBTQ+ people and raising awareness of issues facing the LGBTQ+ community, Pride is a crucial movement in promoting acceptance and equality. At Together Women we support and celebrate our LGBTQ+ communities and stand up against discrimination this month and every month!
Pride Events at Together Women:
In Hull:
On Thursday 8th June, we are holding a fun pride workshop for our service-users and staff! The Pride event will include a quiz with fun and educational questions incorporating facts and history about LGBTQ+, equality and diversity. There will be coffee and cakes for all!

In Leeds:
On Friday 23rd June from 10am-3pm, we are holding a celebration of our LGBTQ+ community. This Pride event will include a presentation on gay rights, Speeches, LGBTQ+ pop quiz with prizes and Beauty Treatments including nail painting.
